Located less than 5 minutes drive from Kilgarvan Village "Barn Cottage" is a beautiful detached property sleeping up to 6 persons. It offers the peace & tranquility of the countryside while just a short distance to Kilgarvan Village with its charming pubs & restaurants. The heritage town of Kenmare with its award winning restaurants, hotel & pubs is just 7 miles away.

Barn Cottage comprises 1 x double bedroom ensuite, 1 triple bed room (dbl & single bed) esuite & 1 x twin bedroom ensuite. The living area is furished with all your comforts in mind, there is a colour TV & DVD player in the cottage along with a cozy open fireplace. The kitchen has been fitted with all modern conveniences & all the crockery, cutlery & glassware you would require.

Heated by Oil, all bed linen & towels are supplied.
Electricity & oil is an extra charge payable on departure. There is plenty of secure car parking space directly beside the cottage.

PETS ARE WELCOME AT BARN COTTAGE an additional cleaning charge of E30.00 applies & is paid on departure.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES:
Kenmare town lies approximately 30 minutes drive from a host of sandy beaches & has its own pretty harbour where you can swim, fish or take a trip on the “Seafari Cruise” to view the wildlife in the area.

Star Sailing & Adventure Centre: Situated on the shores of Kenmare Bay, surrounded by the Caha Mountains this wonderful addition is just a 5 minute drive from the town. Kayaking, sailing & hillwaking are some of the activities on offer.

Golf: The Kenmare area boasts two super golf courses. The Ring of Kerry Golf Course located just 2 miles outside the town offers spectacular views of Kenmare Bay from the golf course & clubhouse. Kenmare Golf Club is located in Kenmare Town and follows the shores of Kenmare Bay Estuary. Visitors welcome.

Pony Trekking: The ideal way to explore the hidden treasures of the area. A number of excellent facilites are available locally.

Angling: Lots of great fishing spots to choose from including Clonee Lake, Kenmare Bay & Black Valley. Permits can be obtained locally.
