It really is the ideal getaway from the hustle & bustle of daily life & the views are simply breath-taking. The house is all one level & comprises: 1 x double bedroom ensuite with bath & 1 x twin bedroom with ensuite. The airy kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and leads onto the spacious living/dining area which enjoys superb sea views. Bed linen & towels are provided. Heating (oil) & electricity are an additional charge €7 per day, payable to the keyholder on departure. PAT SPILLANE'S BAR:This famous traditional pub overlooking Kenmare Bay is located a short distance from Bedrock House. During the summer soup and sandwiches are served in the bar and on the terrace. The centre itself is situated on the shores of Kenmare Bay and surrounded by the Caha Mountains just a five minute drive from Kenmare Town Centre. The activities on offer include kayaking, sailing, canoeing, sea kayaking, hillwalking, team games and a Wildlife Safari Cruise on Kenmare Bay. Newly introduced for 2007 are the children’s playground, American pedal boats, water trampoline and slide, archery range, soccer pitch with changing facilities and the family walking trail.
