The property is situated on 10 acres of mountainside ground with breathtaking views both to the harbour at the front and the Caha Mountains to the rear. Access to both gems is literally a stones throw away. It has amply parking outside the door so no difficulties in direct access. The front of the property is laid out to lawn so ample areas for children to explore.
The main entrance to this 4,200 sq ft property is at the rear and directly into a utility/cloakroom area. This leads into the very large and contemporary style main open-plan living room, dining and kitchen areas with a beautiful view of the harbour and front gardens through near continuous wall to ceiling glazing. Double glazed doors allow access to the large decking area where one can enjoy the magnificent setting with all the quietness and tranquility one requires.
