LOCATION:
Built within walking distance of Kilgobbin Castle dating from 1573, in a superb elevated waterfront location, is this delightful development of 16 holiday homes just 10 km from the beautiful historic town of Kinsale, Ireland's oldest seaport. Each one is detached with its own deck to take advantage of the views over the River Bandon and is finished to a very high standard, with particular attention to detail and contemporary design.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Detached, spacious, 2 storey houses. Ground floor: entrance hall; living/dining room with mezzanine hall above; electric flame effect fire; doors to timber deck; separate kitchen; double bedroom; showerroom, whb and wc. First floor, large landing with mezzanine viewing gallery over living room; double bedroom with ensuite shower room; twin bedroom; separate bathroom with luxury whirlpool bath, whb and wc.
Facilities in the houses:
Dishwasher, washer/dryer; microwave, TV; electric central heating; timber decking on each private patio, shared grounds; private parking; cot/high chair on request
Electricity is an extra charge and is charged at €9 per day from the 30th of August until the 23rd of May, and €5 per day from the 24th of May until the 29th of August. Towels are available on request at €2 per set (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel) payable on site to the supervisor on arrival. Bed linen is supplied.
