The Montenotte Hotel ‘City Suites’ are primely located on the grounds of this newly refurbished and extended hotel just 8 minutes walk to Cork city centre.  The contemporary 2 bedroom apartments are self-catering and fully furnished to an exceptional standard.  Each apartment comprises of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one en suite), a main bathroom together with a very spacious living /dining area with fully fitted kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and all kitchenware & utensils. Plasma screens TV’s are in each bedroom as well as the main living area.

Please note that a limited number of extra beds (fold away camp beds) are available on request for an additional charge of €25.00 euro per night.

VISTA LOUNGE & MERCHANTS BISTRO

If you don’t want to cook every evening you can enjoy a freshly prepared ‘a la carte’ meal or carvery lunch in the bistro.

THE MONTENOTTE LEISURE CLUB

All ‘City Suite’ residents have use of the Montenotte Leisure Club which includes a 20 metre deck level swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.  Guests can also get fit or stay fit in the gymnasium which is fully equipped with state of the art Precor equipment.

THE HOTEL AND LEISURE CENTRE IS CLOSED THE 24TH, 25TH AND 26TH DECEMBER.

PARKING

Despite our proximity to the city centre guests can avoid the stress of finding a parking space as we have a large amount of guest parking for your convenience.

Our location overlooking Cork city gives us the advantage of all the city services from shops to pubs, restaurants, cinemas, Cork Opera House, the Everyman Theatre and shops such as Brown Thomas, Marks & Spencer & Debenhams on our doorstep.  For more shopping take a drive through the tunnel to Mahon Point.

We are centrally located for all the leading Golf courses the nearest being; Fota Island, Harbour Point & Little Island.

Further nearby attractions include: Blarney Castle, Fota House & Wildlife Park, Cobh & the Heritage Centre, Cork Prison & the Old English Market.
