Clogheen Holiday Village provide the ideal base for touring West Cork, as they are just a short drive from Baltimore, Glandore and Kinsale.  Each house is designed and built to a high quality.  There are two accommodation type options.  The three bedroomed houses sleep up to five people and consist of a double, a twin and a single room (there is one unit which is fully wheelchair accessible).

The six bedroom houses sleep up to 10 people and consist of two doubles, two twins, and two single rooms.  Each unit has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area containing a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and satellite TV.

On Site Facilities

You will find everything you need right here on site to occupy your time. There is bike hire, a tennis court, playing fields and children's safe play area, all privately enclosed within our grounds. Our indoor activity centre will keep the children entertained for hours.
There is a communal BBQ area on site for those lovely summer evening al fresco meals and drinks.

The children are well catered for and have their own play area and activities centre.
There is a play area with slide and swings for the younger children (10 years and under).

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:

The West Cork Model Railway Village: This is the first of its kind in Ireland. It allows the visitor to experience the sights and sounds of life in West Cork during the 1940s.  Its situated beside the picturesque Clonakilty Bay.

Lisselan Estate Gardens: Designed in the Robinsonian style, take advantage of the natural features and contours provided by the valley and the Argideen river flowing through it. Many unusual plants not generally associated with the local geographical region have been planted in Robinsonian style to provide year round interest.

1 hour away is the famous city of Cork where you can shop or take in the history.

Whatever it is you want from a holiday you will find it here in West Cork. Beautiful beaches, historical sites, such as Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the famous Blarney stone.
