This holiday home boasts its own kids play centre, football goals and games room with pool table and air-hockey. For those with young children there is a travel-cot, high-chair and a selection of children’s DVDs.

Facilities:

The lodge is equipped with every conceivable modern convenience. There are 2 bedrooms with Super Kingsize beds, 1 twin bedroom & 1 Triple bunk bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 large reception rooms and a simply stunning designer kitchen.

Bedroom 1: on ground floor with super-king bed, ensuite shower room (with toilet, w/h basin and double electric shower) and wall mounted LCD TV.

Bedroom 2: in converted loft area with super-king bed.  

Bedrooms 3: on ground floor with twin single beds  

Bedrooms 4 : on ground floor with bunk beds (double and single combo)

All bathrooms are ground floor.

The Lodge is heated with oil fired central heating supplemented by 8KW woodburners in both living rooms. These are solid fuel box fires.

Added Value:

Oil heating & electricity are included in your rate however solid fuel (wood, briquettes, turf etc) is not supplied.

Please note a security deposit is payable to the owner prior to arrival €150.00 & this is refunded following your departure.

PET FRIENDLY

Pets are accepted in this property on a request basis. The owner would ask that they are kept in the tiled areas only.  An additional charge of €30 applies, this is payable on to the owner on site.

LOCAL AREA

The picturesque village of Kilmuckridge serves the popular resort of Morriscaslte which is a busy village with pubs which provide varied entertainment in the evening.  There are plenty of restaurants, two Churches and a bus service that runs to both Gorey and Wexford town.  A 10 day amateur Drama Festival takes place in February/March and at the end of the holiday season there is a Village Parade and Party.  There are lots of activities including Kiddies Disco, music and dancing provided in the local hotel Sean Ogs.  There is a pitch and put course in Morriscastle Village and excellent Golf courses nearby.
