Wexford Town with its numerous restaurants and bars, excellent shopping facilities and busy nite-life is less than 15 minutes drive.

Wexford’s racecourse and boat & tennis club are on the outskirts of the town while Rosslare Strand is also a popular accommodation venue for patrons of Wexford Opera Festival, held every October.

House Type A: This elegant 3 bedroom country style home fully furnished to the highest standards using the most contemporary furnishings and finishes. A truly charming open glass entrance hall extends to the first floor, this feature provides excellent natural light to the first floor and entrance hall.

The open plan ground floor living area with access to kitchen/dining room gives this house a spacious and bright ambience. The ground floor is complete with a bedroom and bathroom. A timber staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises of two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite and walk in wardrobe. The sunny open plan gallery, which overlooks the main entrance hall is an added feature to this property.

House Type B: This holiday home has all the charm and elegance of House Type A along with the added feature of a front sunroom. The Sunroom opens into a spacious living area, which in turn adjoins a modern spacious kitchen.
A double bedroom en-suite is also situated on the ground floor.
The first floor has two spacious bedrooms and a separate bathroom. A large open landing upstairs provides a generous space, which is well lit by windows at both ends.

Each house is fully furnished to a high quality and features colour TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge etc
