These are large semi-detached houses with four bedrooms with 2 double en-suites, 1 twin en-suite and 1 single (sleeps 7), family bathroom with jacuzzi type bath, kitchen/dining room and separate living room.

Each house contains a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, multi-channel colour TV, video, cots and highchairs - by request and electric central heating. Guests can avail of the facilities of Castlerosse Hotel Leisure Centre which is 1/2m away and has an indoor 20m pool, gym, steam room, jacuzzi and golf course. (additional charge payable locally). Guests can also avail of reduced price access to Killarney Riding Stables, which are on site. (additional charge payable locally).

Electricity is an extra charge and is charged at €10 per day from the 30th of August until the 23rd of May, and €6 per day from the 24th of May until the 29th of August.
