LISCANNOR:

Carved by the Atlantic waves, the 210 metre Cliffs of Moher in West Clare are just 10 minutes due west of the lovely seaside village of Liscannor.

THE HOLIDAY HOMES:

All are detached, dormer style with bright contemporary designed interiors, wooden floors and open fire. Each has its own little garden and patio, and shared use of a hard tennis court and children's grassed play area in the spacious grounds.

3 bedroomed dormer; separate living room withopen fire and wooden floors; double doors lead to dining /kitchen with tiled floors, and door to patio; utility room. Ground floor compries 1 x single bedroom, bathroom with shower  On the first floor 2 bedrooms: 1x twin ensuite with shower & 1 double and a main bathroom with bath.

4 BEDROOM HOUSES:

4 bedrooms; On the ground floor: 1x double room  & 1 x single room, 1 x main bathroom, whb & wc. On the first floor 1 x twin en suite with shower, & a family room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed with en suite shower room.

You are responsible for settling amounts due for electricity on arrival. Electricity is charged at-
3-bed: €6 per day June/July/August and E11 per day for all other times of the year
4-bed: €8 per day June/July/August and E12 per day for all other times of the year

Towels are available for hire at €2 per set (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel) payable to the supervisor.

• Burren Riding Centre is beautifully located on an elevated site, on the edge of the ‘Burren’, overlooking Galway Bay, on the coast road between Ballyvaughan and Lisdoonvarna . The centre offers; week-long, 3-day and daily trail rides along the ‘Green Roads’ in the magnificent surroundings of the Burren area of north Clare . Special programme of week-long, post-to-post trail rides on the ‘Burren Trail’ for groups. Trekking in the Burren, on Fanore beach and sand dunes is also available.

• Aillwee Caves: Unlike the vast caverns you may have encountered, Aillwee cave is unique to the geology of the Burren and it enables you to explore a little of what lies under the exciting landscape.This stunning creation of nature was formed by the melt waters of a prehistoric ice age. The cave, carved out of limestone, cuts into the heart of the mountain.
