A security deposit of €150.00 must be paid at reception at the time of key collection.  This will be returned to you provided Management is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.  Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit.

These apartments are student accommodation in the college term & holiday lets during the summer months.
