Eagle's Nest Holiday Homes consist of two very large and very well appointed holiday homes offering unrivalled views over Ventry Bay, Dingle Bay, Mount Brandon. 

Nead an Iolair (Eagle's Nest in Gaelic) and Ciunas are two-year old houses each with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a private road leading into the wild Kerry mountains where the only thing you will hear is the sound of sheep.  The houses are new to the market and are perfect for families.  The setting is absolutely stunning offering views of Dingle Bay, Ventry Harbour, Mount Brandon and Carrauntuohil.  The houses are built high up on Mount Eagle but is still relatively close to everything - both attractions and amenities.  The type of place that people never tire of.

Nead an Iolar Bedroom Layout

The bedrooms in Nead an Iolar consist of 1 twin room and 4 double rooms, one of which has a king bed and 3 have queen size beds.   The twin room and two of the double bedrooms are located downstairs and the other two double bedrooms are upstairs.  There is one bathroom upstairs, a shower room downstairs along with another ensuite shower room downstairs.

Ciunas Bedroom Layout

The bedrooms in Ciunas consist of 2 twin rooms and 3 double rooms.  The two twin rooms and one of the double bedrooms are located downstairs and the other two double bedrooms are upstairs.  There is one shower room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.

There are two open fires and oil fired central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a tv.

The closest beach is the beautiful Blue Flag Ventry beach and it is approximately 1 mile away.  Paudi O'Shea's is the closest pub and it is within two miles from the houses.

The houses have private parking and their own private enclosed gardens.

Dingle has its own resident Dolphin "Fungi" and boat trips leave Dingle pier all day, every day, all year round to see him wild and free in his natural habitat.

Golf

Ceann Sibeal Golf Links in Ballyferriter (7 miles from Dingle), set in the splendid scenery of the Dingle Peninsula and overlooking the historic Blasket Islands, is Europe's most westerly golf course. 

Beaches

The Dingle Peninsula boasts some wonderful sandy beaches including the beautiful beach at Ventry (which is just a mile from Eagles Nest Holiday Homes) and the massive Inch Beach.  

Walking

The Dingle Way (153km/95 miles) circles the Dingle Peninsula from Tralee Bay to Inch Beach to Dingle Bay.

What better way to discover the delights of the Dingle Peninsula than on horseback.

Dingle Bay is famous for the wide variety of fish to be caught.

Built in the 7th and 8th Century this is a remarkable example of an early Christian Church in Ireland which has survived over the centuries.

THE GAELTACHT

Dingle is the most westerly town in Europe and is often referred to as "the next parish to America".  Piled high with majestic mountains and fringed with quiet unpolluted beaches this colourful holiday destination is a haven for walkers, golfers, surfers, sailors, sightseers and deep sea fishermen.  The town offers a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants which make full use of the fresh seafood that is landed at the harbour each day.  This is a Gaeltacht with something for everyone on Europe's final Western Frontier.
