Nead an Iolair (Eagle's Nest in Gaelic) and Ciunas are two-year old houses each with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a private road leading into the wild Kerry mountains where the only thing you will hear is the sound of sheep. The houses are new to the market and are perfect for families. The setting is absolutely stunning offering views of Dingle Bay, Ventry Harbour, Mount Brandon and Carrauntuohil. The houses are built high up on Mount Eagle but is still relatively close to everything - both attractions and amenities. The type of place that people never tire of. Nead an Iolar Bedroom LayoutThe bedrooms in Nead an Iolar consist of 1 twin room and 4 double rooms, one of which has a king bed and 3 have queen size beds. The twin room and two of the double bedrooms are located downstairs and the other two double bedrooms are upstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs, a shower room downstairs along with another ensuite shower room downstairs. Ciunas Bedroom LayoutThe bedrooms in Ciunas consist of 2 twin rooms and 3 double rooms. The two twin rooms and one of the double bedrooms are located downstairs and the other two double bedrooms are upstairs. There is one shower room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There are two open fires and oil fired central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a tv. The closest beach is the beautiful Blue Flag Ventry beach and it is approximately 1 mile away. Paudi O'Shea's is the closest pub and it is within two miles from the houses. The houses have private parking and their own private enclosed gardens.
