Nestled on the banks of the River Sneem, this luxurious 6 bedroom house can sleep 12 people and has been finished with comfort and style in mind, to a very high standard. The exterior of the property is finished traditionally with local natural stone and landscaped garden.
Downstairs the open plan kitchen/dining room has been finished to the highest specifications: with granite worktop, American style fridge freezer and range cooker aswell as other modern conveniences. The dining area has seating for 8 and leads on to the conservatory, which being comfortably furnished and with views of the river, makes an ideal space for relaxation. Views of Sneem estuary and river can be seem from all angles of the house.
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has open fire (a starter pack with some fuel is included), maple flooring and flat screen TV with free-to-air channels and DVD player.
There are three bedrooms downstairs; Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is also a large family bathroom on the ground floor with jacuzzi bath.
Upstairs there are three more double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms - one of which has a four poster bed.
There is a large garden at the property and there is a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
Extra Charges:
Electricity & heating is included in the rate.
A €200 Security Deposit is required, this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages.
Pets are not allowed at Sneem River House.
The owners of Sneem River House respectfully request that you do not smoke inside the property.
A welcome pack is provided for guests - this includes some milk, bread, tea and coffee.
Please note, that as there is an unfenced section of river at the bottom of the garden children must be supervised at all times.
