Located at Drimnamore, Oysterbed Road, Sneem, Co. Kerry, Sneem Secret Harbour is a beautiful, newly constructed 3-bedroomed house that accommodates a maximum of 6 people. It has a traditional Irish stone finish on the outside and sits on an elevated site overlooking the spectacular scenery of Sneem Estuary.

In contrast, the interior decor is contemporary and very stylish. There is underfloor geothermal heating both upstairs and downstairs. The house has all new, high quality, modern furniture and appliances and is in pristine condition.

Every feature in the house has been chosen with meticulous attention to detail. Careful selection of colour schemes, plants and furnishings creates a welcoming, relaxing and calm atmosphere that is also fabulously vibrant and interesting.

The house enjoys bright natural light in every room during the day and this is replaced at night by gorgeous lighting. All windows and doors have Thomas Sanderson blinds that give a cool feel to the rooms without restricting the stunning views during the day, while providing total privacy and a cozy comfortable atmosphere at night. The walls are decorated with original art and stunning photographs of the local scenery taken by the owners.

HOUSE LAYOUT:

The house has 3 large ensuite bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs) accommodating 6 people. To the left of the full height front entrance hallway is the downstairs en-suite bedroom. To the right the hall leads directly into the living room,  a lovely bright, spacious room with a contemporary wood-burning stove.

The conservatory is adjacent to the living room and provides breathtaking views over Sneem estuary and surrounding mountains.

The kitchen and dining area are to the rear of the house and look out over acres of natural landscape surrounding the house.

There is a separate utility room off this area with washing machine, dryer, freezer and additional storage.

Upstairs there are 2 large ensuite bedrooms that both enjoy superb views.

The east-facing bedroom leads on to a large deck area that is completely private, has stunning views all around and enjoys beautiful morning sunshine.  This deck area can also be accessed by an outside stairway.

The entire rear of the house is south-facing so the house is flooded with sunlight that streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that exit from the dining area, the sitting room and the conservatory onto a paved patio area with seating.

  • Sorry this house is not suitable for very young children.
  • The owners respectfully ask that the house is kept Strictly Non-Smoking
  • Sorry no Pets.
