This detached house is situated in the townland of Ballywiheen, Ballyferriter, Co Kerry.  The living accommodation comprises four bedrooms, 1 x master bedroom on suite with walk-in-wardrobe, 1 x double bedroom, 1 x spacious double bedroom & 1 x twin bedroom. There is  a second bathroom (bath/shower), a lounge diner and a well equipped kitchen and utility room.

There is also a sizeable area upstairs used as another lounge /games room. The house has two patio areas with panoramic views of Ballydavid / Smerwick Harbour, and Mount Brandon.

All services are provided and there is a washing machine and dryer in the utility. A tv and dvd are provided as well as linen, pots, pans, cutlery etc.

The house is 2 miles from Ventry Beach and 2 Miles from the village of Ballyferriter and 2 miles from Bric's public house. Beach's nearby include Ventry, Beal Ban, Coumenoule.

Dingle Links Golf Course is 10 minutes drive from the house which is one of the foremost links course in the West of Ireland.

At least 6 top quality restaurants are within 10 minutes drive. A reliable taxi service is available nearby.

Historic sites abound with Gallarus and Riasc. Cycling, horse riding, fishing, either deep sea, boat or shore angling. Magnificent walks over the Closach and around Slea Head. A visit to the Blasket Islands from Dunquin peer is a special treat. For the more adventurous, a climb on Mount Brandon or a sea trip to Skellig Rock awaits.

There are frequent Irish singing and dancing sessions in many of the local hostelries.
