Sunnybank Cottage is the newest arrival to the Sunnybank site. It is a completely renovated period house which has been restored to its former glory with amazing detail. Its simple elegance creates a relaxed informal atmosphere. It is uniquely situated 100 metres from the town centre yet is very private and quiet.

ACCOMMODATION:

On the ground floor you have a large living room with timber floors, connemara tweed curtains, period furnishings and large open fireplace. This room is linked to the kitchen/dining room which is very much based on a traditional working kitchen with excellent equipment and open fireplace. French doors open from the dining area out onto the patio. One of the bedrooms and a showeroom is off the kitchen. There is another bedroom ensuite with a kingsize bed on this floor as you enter the front hallway.

Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom boasting panoramic views of the garden.

There is a utility room off the patio with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.

There is off street parking for three cars and a small garden to the front and the rear.

Pets are accepted but must be pre-booked with Dream Ireland.
Heating & electricity is an additional charge, payable to the keyholder onsite.
