THE LODGE APARMENTS

Situated in the magnificent grounds of Killarney Country Club the newly refurbished Lodge Apartments offer a slightly different aspect for self-catering accommodation.

The Apartments are absolutely ideal for those with only a few days free to sample the peace and serenity of Killarney Country Club or for a longer holiday when perhaps one of the ground floor apartments complete with patio furniture and gardens would appeal.

There is a choice of either one or two bedroom apartments, having a spacious open plan living/dining area with colour television and DVD player. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave.  There is also a 4 ring hob but there is no cooker in the apartments.  The microwave can also be to grill foods.

All apartments have direct dial telephone.

There is a shared laundry facility onsite which is payable locally.

KILLARNEY COUNTRY CLUB

This small estate enjoying a magnificent rural location close to all of the amenities one would expect from a major centre of tourism. The estate itself has beautifully manicured lawns and gardens with outdoor seating and tables for picnics on those long summer evenings. The outside appearance of the buildings were designed specially to harmonise with the spectacular scenery of Killarney. All this is within a few minutes drive of championship Golf Courses.

Clay Pigeon Shooting:
Clay pigeon shooting can be arranged onsite for residents on request.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES

There is an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities in and around Killarney Country Club, below we have a brief description of our guests most popular pursuits. The Killarney area also offers a multitude of choices when deciding how to spend your leisure time, all set in a backdrop of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland.

Fishing:

Kerry is world renowned for its magnificent scenery. Why not enjoy the views while casting out onto Lough Leane. Fishing licences are available locally for a small fee.

Golf:

Killarney Country Club Leisure can help you secure tee times at any one of Kerry's major championship courses. Kerry's famous courses include Ballybunion, Waterville, Tralee, and two courses at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club, (Mahoneys Point and Killeen). There are many other courses available.

DIRECTIONS

On arrival in Killarney please take the N72 for Killorglin drive out that road approx 1½mls passing Killarney Golf and Fishing Club on the left. At the village of Fossa turn right at the pub and drive up this road which is the R563 to Dingle for approx 3½mls. You will then come to Faha crossroads which has a shop and phone box on the left hand side of the road. Turn right at this crossroads the entrance to Killarney Country Club is approx ½mile up this road at the top of the hill on the right.
