The Paddocks is a small development of large stylish Executive Lodges, located next door to Killarney Riding Stables and just under a mile from Killarney Town Centre.

These exceptionally large houses offer a very high level of guest accommodation and are fitted out to 5 star hotel standard. Each lodge having its own sauna, steam room, jacuzzi bath and a meeting room.

Ideal for families or small groups, this is a perfect base from which to discover the delights of County Kerry. The local beaches, the legendary scenery of the Ring of Kerry, the Lakes of Killarney and the Dingle Peninsula, are a must for every visitor to this part of Ireland.

With 4 adjacent golf courses, an on site riding stable, across the road from Killarney National Park and within easy reach of a hotel leisure centre, there is something for everybody at this great location.

Each luxurious Lodge can sleep up to 9 people comprising:

• 1 master suite with walk in dressing room, 1 double bedroom, 2 large twin bedrooms & 1 single bedroom.
• All bedrooms are en-suite. The Main bathroom comes complete with full sauna, steamroom & Jacuzzi bath. 
• The spacious dining area has a dining table for up to 10 persons
• The fully fitted modern kitchen has a dishwasher, large American Style fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave & separate utility room with sink, washing machine & tumble dryer.
• The Double living room has both a gas fireplace & open fireplace which can be sub divided to make 2 separate living spaces, it comes equipped with TV, DVD player, music system with radio / DVD, satellite TV in living room and Master bedroom. 
• Meeting room which can be set up to your requirements (can seat up to 10-12 delegates)

• Guests can avail of the facilities of the Castleross Hotel Leisure Centre, (half a mile away) - 20m pool, gym and golf course (additional charge payable locally for use of hotel facilities).
• Guest can also avail of reduced price access to Killarney Riding Stables which offers hacking, trekking & trail riding in adjacent Killarney National Park for 1,2 & 3 hours
• Please note: Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is meter read and payable to the onsite Supervisor on the day of departure.Towels and teatowels are not provided at The Paddocks however they may be rented for €2.00 euro per set.
