The Lodges at Mulranny Park Hotel comprise of a mixture of 3 bedroom Woodland and Railway Lodges in the grounds of the Mulranny Park Hotel in the village of Mulranny in County Mayo.  The location of these properties is second to none as not only are you located in the grounds of the Hotel, but you are also right opposite the Blue Flag Beach in Mulranny just a short walk away via the "causeway". (Please note that you must cross the road to access the steps to bring you down to the beach). 

THE ACCOMMODATION:

WOODLAND LODGES

Each of The Woodlands comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom downstairs (sharing a bathroom) & 1 kingsize double upstairs with ensuite bathroom. The Lodges are approx. 1100 sq ft in area and are set in circle style with a woodland backdrop & beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.  Each lodge has a patio area to the front & back.

Two of the Woodland Lodges are suitable for wheelchair users and have a bedroom downstairs with a roll-in shower.  Please note that these houses do not have a bath.

Each of the holiday homes features a picnic bench outside so you can enjoy your evenings watching your children play outside. 

RAILWAY LODGES

Each of the Railway Lodges is approx. 1500 sq ft. in area and has 3 bedrooms. These houses are very contemporary in style with balconies at various levels throughout the house.   These houses are perched on an elevated site offering wonderful views towards the surrounding mountains.

Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom downstairs (sharing a bathroom)

1st Floor: Sitting room with stunning floor to ceiling windows.  Kitchen and dining area.

2nd Floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom

PLEASE NOTE:

USE OF ONSITE LEISURE FACILITIES IS AN EXTRA CHARGE:

It is important to be aware that although the Lodges at Mulranny Park Hotel are located on the grounds of the Hotel, guests of the Lodges MUST PAY for the use of the onsite leisure facilities on a pay as you go basis.  In previous years the leisure centre access was INCLUDED in the rates but this is NO LONGER the case.   Family passes and weekend passes may be purchased directly from the Leisure Centre reception.  For full details please visit the Hotel website www.mulrannyparkhotel.ie or call the leisure centre directly on 098 36709.

GREAT WESTERN GREENWAY TRAIL

The World Class Great Western Greenway (Newport - Mallaranny ) is an 18km free cycling and walking facility which primarily follows the line of the famous Newport / Mulranny Railway, which closed in 1937. Its development has been made possible by agreement of local landowners who have allowed permissive access to users to pass through their lands.  This route cover gentle gradients and some of the most idyllic scenery in the west of Ireland. The route forms part of the National Cycle Network and it is the longest off road cycling experience in the Country.

The kids club commences on the evening of the 30th June until 31st August.  (some weekends this may not be running if there is all wedding guests inhouse)
