This four bedroomed detached two storey house is situated within four minutes walk to the beach.  It has a large front and rear garden.  The rear garden is completely fenced in, so it is very child friendly and plenty big for children to run around it.  To the side of the house there is a large area of decking with garden table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ and it basically gets the sun from 11:00 to 19:00.   There is a heated hot tub here as well.   To the front of the house there is more decking and you can following the sun all evening.    There is also a large swiss style log house in the back garden with a fridge, washing machine etc.  This is ideal if you want to store bikes or golf clubs etc. 

There are two fully equipped playgrounds one basically behind the house and the other is a 10 minute walk away.  The renowned 18 hole Rosslare Golf Course and the 12 hole Burrow Course run to the back of the house, 2 minutes walk away. 

This house lacks nothing, with a fully equipped kitchen and very spacious living accommodation alongside it.  The bedrooms are all of a generous size.  There are beds for 10 people with an extra 3 pullout beds. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs, one double bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds.  The main bathroom is downstairs.  Upstairs there is another double bedroom with an ensuite.  The second bedroom upstairs is the largest in the house and there are two sets of bunk beds in this bedroom, which is ideal for children. 

The house is located on a lovely road, which is perfect for walking or cycling or jogging.  It is within walking distance  to all the local amenities such as Kelly's Hotel, Rosslare Church, coffee shops, restaurants. There is ample car parking space to the front and side of the house.  

Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge metered and is payable on departure.

A security deposit of €250 (cash) is required on key collection. This is refunded provided there are no breakages / damages on your departure.
