This 4 bedroom detached seaview house on its own site, is located approx 2 km outside Kilkee, is the ideal place to enjoy this beautiful area.  This house boasts stunning views & is 3 years old.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms, upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower. One has a king size bed and the other is a twin, both are v comfortable and have lots of storage. They both have dormer windows with sea views.
 
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a bunk room with 4feet wide beds so can sleep an adult each. The other is a double with an ensuite and has a bath. There is an additional bathroom downstairs with a great sauna and open shower.
 
The Kitchen Dining and Living area are open plan with all Neff appliances. Cooker, induction hob, microwave, oven all integrated also there is a washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in the garage.
 
The living area has a tv and dvd. There is a stove that can be lit in the winter mainly.
 
Outside is a patio with a table and seating for 8 people. There is a weber barbeque in the garage which is available for use and a dryer.

• Pets are accepted at this property on request & the owner respectfully asks that they sleep in the Garage adjacent to the house
• Heating & electricity is an additional charge, payable locally. €5 per day during July & August and €10 per day in all other months.
• The owner of this property will only accept family bookings consisting of adults & children

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA:

Beach
Kilkee boasts a mile-long golden sandy blue flag beach which sweeps in a semi-circular curve in front of the town.  Kilkee beach is reputed to be the safest bathing place in Ireland. 

Kilkee Waterworld
Kilkee Waterworld is a popular all-weather indoor leisure centre offering fun for all ages with a range of indoor water attractions including a bubble pool, shower geysers, the 'lazy river ride' and a 61m crystal tower slide.  Tel: 065-9056855. Closes seasonally.

Diving
Kilkee is a well known diving spot with a great reputation for the variety of dives and the diversity of marine life. www.diveinireland.com

Golf
Kilkee's 18-Hole golf course is situated on the road towards George's Head and stretches along the spectacular cliffs. There are many other Golf Courses within an easy drive of Kilkee including Lahinch, Kilrush, Doonbeg, Woodstock, Ennis and Ballybunion. 

Fishing
Kilkee is a fisherman's paradise with shore and rock fishing along with crewed boats available for hire for deep-sea fishing.

Walking
The walks at both sides of the bay offer incredible views of the Aran Islands to the north, Kerry to the south and Loop Head to the West.

Pitch & Putt
There is a well laid out course at the western end of the town.

Dolphin Watching
The mouth of the River Shannon is home to Ireland’s only resident community of bottlenose dolphins numbering approximately 100 members.  Boat trips operate from the towns of Kilrush and Carrigaholt (May-Aug). 

The Cliffs of Moher
Within easy driving distance of Kilkee are the world renowned Cliffs of Moher rising to over 215 m (700ft) and stretching for over 8km.

KILKEE
