Self catering with hotel rooms

Review By : Noilín úi Bhroin
I have stayed in this beautiful house since it first opened. The bedrooms are exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen and sitting rooms are welcoming and spacious. The area is a walkers paradise, the local pubs are great craic and if the weather is fine the beach is lovely. This small village is a pleasure to visit and when experienced you will return and return to this house. last chance for an ATM is Killybegs so be warned.

Family Holiday in Kerry

Review By : Ali Redmond
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sheen View Holidays homes in Kenmare. Houses were very spacious, clean, plenty of storage and within walking distance of Kenmare. Great location for visiting other Kenmare locations too. Very child friendly but ensure you get a babysitter in so you can enjoy some of Kenmare's fine dining.

A perfect retreat

Review By : Rob Barr
My wife and I were looking for a special place just to relax for a couple of weeks, after an extremely hectic last 18 months. Rossmore Villa provided this in bundles ... and with style, space and comfort. Jeff O'Mahony is a great and accommodating host and anyone concerned about whether the house and/or setting may not be as good as the photos portray it to be, need not worry - it's even better and a lovely surprise!! The location is perfect, set just above the sea and rocks, the views through the massive picture windows and from the veranda are spectacular and, even when the weather is inclement, it still feels very special. My elderly parents joined us for a week and Rossmore Villa was the perfect place for them to soak up the beautiful surroundings in true comfort. It really energised them and I have no doubt we'll be back again with family and friends.

A very special place

Review By : John Moore
I've never written a review before, yet have been on many holidays from Cuba to Thailand and lots inbetween. Our holiday to Rossmore Villa surpassed all that have gone before. That's why I am making an exception to the rule in it's case. Firstly we were blessed with a week of sunshine and this allowed us to enjoy Rossmore and the surrounding spectacular scenery in all its glory. We travelled as a group of 4 adults and 3 small dogs and for 1 member of our party it was her first time in Ireland. We were greeted by Jeff's mum on arrival and as we had travelled were very grateful for the fresh provisions including scones and brack to have with a cuppa on arrival. The place was spotless and stunning. We tended to get lost in the kitchen and often played hide and seek looking for things as the place was huge. Imagine our surprise to be drinking from Waterford Glass glasses (not your usual standard of self catering). Bedrooms were spectacular and the only noise in the mornings was the local farmers cockerel. There was very little that the property didn't have, the pictures do not do it justice. Hallway included a fresh bunch of flowers and the scent oils were so beautiful that we bought the exact same oil in Killarney to take home with us. WiFi did not work during our stay but a trip to Killarney solved the problem by purchasing a pay as you go dongle. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and if you are looking for something a bit special this is the place for you. We plan on going back next year. Finally thanks Jeff for sharing a little bit of paradise with us. A holiday to remember!!
