The ground floor is divided into three main living areas. To the front of the house is a cosy sitting room with an exposed stone wall and open fire. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Three of the bedrooms are in the old house and have high lofted ceilings and historic features. The single bedroom doubles as a study and could accommodate a roll-away bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one in the old house which has a cast iron roll top bath. There is a small roof garden which looks out on the adjacent green area.
There is a very private walled garden to the rear and historic outbuildings.

Located about a 15 minute drive south of Galway City, Clarinbridge is a wonderful village with great restaurants. It even has its own annual Oyster Festival in September. Clarinbridge is an ideal base from which to explore the Burren, Galway City and Connemara.
