This lovely 4 bedroomed holiday home is located just a 10 minute walk from Lahinch town. It is detached with a private garden and ocean views. Up until recently is has been used exclusively as a private family holiday home so it has everything you would require for a perfect family break away. Please note that the owners will only accept family bookings for this property. This house is part of a small development of detached houses set in a peaceful and private location. It was built in 2008 and is finished to a very high standard. The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment and utensils along with a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The separate living room has television and DVD player with double door access to the back garden and a gas fire.
This property can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably in: There are 3 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The house offers garden furniture and a BBQ for use during your stay. A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival, this is refunded on departure provided there are no breakages/damages. Electricity for heating and lighting is included in your rate. While bed linen is provided, towels are not so we would ask guests to bring along their own towels. PLEASE NOTE:

Aqua & Fitness Club includes the following facilities: Pool, outdoor hot tub, children's pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, bubble pool and gym The rate for weekly membership for a family of two adults and maximum 4 kids staying in a Dream Ireland property is only E100.00. This is payable to the hotel leisure centre. The club is open from 7am-10pm Monday-Friday and 8am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. The children's times for the Aqua & Fitness Club are 9am-6pm daily.
