Sandycove Holiday Homes is a development houses overlooking the sea at Owenahincha Beach near Rosscarbery Co. Cork.  There is so much to see & do in this area, from sightseeing to watersports, golf, coastal & woodland walks or relaxing on sandy beaches - this location makes for an ideal break whatever your interests.

Sandycove Holiday Homes are located adjacent to Owenahincha beach and just a short drive from many other beautiful beaches such as The Warren or Inchydoney, all of which have a lifeguard on duty during the summer months.

SANDYCOVE HOLIDAY HOMES:

Each two-story house has three bedrooms with one double ensuite, one twin & one single sleeping up to 5 people. Downstairs each house has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with patio doors leading on to a patio area & communal garden.

The complex is surrounded by a wall & access is through an electric gate (key coded) and so is ideal for families with young children. The houses are just across the road from Owenahincha beach.

Only some of the houses in Sandycove have balconies so you must request this when you are making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

A stroll through Castlefreke woods is a must and takes you to the village of Rathbarry with it's well deserved title of 'Irelands Tidiest Village'. Heritage attractions include:

• Castlefreke Castle
• Galley Head lighthouse
• Portal Dolman & standing stones.

The picturesque village of Rosscarbery is less than one mile from the complex. This village is a hive of activity throughout the summer months offering:

• For Children: Peddle boats & children’s playground at Rosscarbery
  Beaches: Owenahincha beach just 50 yards from Sandycove, Warren sandy beach just 3 mile drive. Many other safe, sandy beaches in the locality.

Check-in Details

Possession of your house can be taken between 4.00pm- 6pm.  Houses must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.  It is important that you contact our site Supervisor Geraldine on 086 2210037 (00353 86 2210037 international) at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange your arrival time.  Failure to notify the supervisor of late arrival could result in long waiting times as the supervisor does not live onsite.
