This 3 bedroomed house in its own extensive grounds is set back from the road down to the blue flag beach (10 Mins walk ) It is secluded and surrounded by mature hedging and trees offering lots of fun & adventure and has direct access to the beach from the back garden.

Fernhill is the Ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family and friends, Mulranny is a haven for walking, hiking, cycling, and has a new greenway from Mulranny to Westport and from Mulranny to Achill dedicated to walkers and cyclists http://www.mayowalks.ie/WalkingTrails/Greenway/Newport-MulrannyGreenway/ Other activities to be enjoyed include: fishing, (deep sea and shore fishing nearby, river and lake within 15 mile radius) golfing, swimming , kayaking & surfing and  Clew Bay boat trips. The greenway is a spectacular dedicated cycling and walking route that stretches from Westport to Achill, via Newport and Mulranny, bikes are available for hire locally ( 12E- 15E per day). Fernhill has 3 old bikes which our guests can use at their own risk.
 

Fernhill is a 10 minute walk to safe sandy beach and 15 minute walk to pier; 5 minutes drive to long sandy beach and 9 hole golf links course. 10 minutes walk to the village, which has 2 supermarkets, 3 pubs (Irish music in the Summer) weekly Country Market on Sundays,  4* Mulranny Park Hotel with excellent bar food and fine dining restaurant, an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and gym. 

There are wonderful 18 hole championship golf courses in nearby Westport & Belmullet. The area is steeped in history with lots of interesting towns, villages and attractions to visit within 45 minutes drive from Fernhill.

 The large living room with open fireplace has spectacular ever-changing panoramic ocean views with patio doors opening out for outside dining. High definition satellite TV & Radio (German, French, Italian programmes) Blue ray DVD player, CD and cassette player. (DVDs, CDs and range of children’s toys, books and games supplied)
 

New fully fitted well equipped kitchen with sea view (cooker,dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave) 2 Bathrooms, one with bath and overhead power shower, wheelchair friendly shower room with electric shower. Garage has WC and washing machine.

• Electricity for heating and lighting is an additional charge:

•  €.20c for electricity
• This is taken by meter reading & is payable to the key-holder.
• A security deposit of €200 in cash must be given to the key-holder on arrival.  This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
