Information is collected in order to facilitate the reservation process between you the customer and the accommodation provider, to offer additional services to you where you consent to such offers and or to help us improve this process for your future use.

We take the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is not used in a way that you may be unaware of or not agreeable to. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified. If you own a property featured on our website, we will also use your bank account details to make payments to you. 
If you make a booking with us, the owner or caretaker of the property or Hotel you are booked to stay at may require us to provide them with your phone number and/ or your email address so as to be able to make contact with you, if necessary, prior to your arrival.   For this reason we will need to retain your information until your stay has been completed.
