Description

Ard Mullen Holiday Homes are absolutely ideal for your break in Kenmare.  They are located just on the edge of town, approximately a 15 minute walk into the heart of the town.  These four bedroom holiday homes can accommodate up to 8 people.  While staying you have free wifi so you can stay in touch!

Downstairs is the entrance hallway which leads into the open plan kitchen and dining area.  This is really well equipped with up to date appliances including kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer which leads out to your private back yard.

The dining table can comfortably seat all 8 of you and double doors lead into the smaller of the two sitting rooms with a couch, armchair and open fire.  The main sitting room is larger and is on the other side of the hall.  It is really comfy and cosy, also with an open fire, couch, armchairs, TV and DVD player.  There is a guest toilet at the bottom of the stairs.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king size bed and is ensuite with bath and shower over.  There are two more double bedrooms along with a twin room.  The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The gardens are pretty much enclosed so would be suitable for children.  We do accept pets on request so please enquire with us directly should you wish to bring along one well-behaved family dog.
