Located right in the heart of Carrick on Shannon town, Bridge House is a deceptively large home on Bridge Street. It has a great location close to everything!
This was the family home of the owner so holds many memories. It is an “olde worlde style” property with all the modern conveniences you would expect. The owner describes this house as “shabby chic”.
Downstairs is the large entrance hallway which is home to the resident piano! Most people enter through the back door and into the kitchen as the parking is to the rear of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with an oil fired range and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is no tumble dryer. There is a dining table to seat 6 people.
The sitting room is upstairs. It has a couch and some armchairs, a library of books along with a cosy wood burning stove, TV and there is free wifi throughout.
The three bedrooms are also upstairs along with the one bathroom which has a bath and a separate electric shower.
There are two king-size bedrooms – one of which has a sink in it and the third bedroom has a double bed along with a sink. There is plenty of storage space.
Regrettably, bookings from hen and stag parties will not be accepted as this house is located in a residential area. Energy charges are included in the rental rates and bed linen and towels are provided.
On arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €150 euro which will be returned to you on departure providing there are no breakages or damages during your stay.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This property shares a back yard with its neighbouring buildings. There is a gate into this yard which must be kept locked overnight.
