Description
Fuchsia Lodge is a stylish and modern 4 bedroom luxury holiday home set in a peaceful rural area just 3 miles from Dingle town. The house is set on 0.5 of an acre with mature gardens and outdoor seating areas for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery. To the rear is a meadow looking towards the mountains with grazing sheep. The front of the house offers seaviews over towards Dingle Bay a couple of miles in the distance.
Ideal for families, Fuchsia Lodge has swings, a basketball hoop and a football goal, as well as ample outdoor play spaces. Other toys and play equipment can be made available upon request. There is a gate at the entrance to the house and at the rear between the garden and the meadow so this is a safe place for children.
The house itself is modern and bright, The entrance hallway has a double height ceiling and velux windows so it is filled with light.
The sitting room is ideal for relaxing together and features a wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. Double doors lead into the kitchen come dining room with a table to easily seat 8-9 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need during your stay including a double oven, 5 ring hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
A bright sunroom leads off this room and is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! It faces south west.
There are four bedrooms. Downstairs is a double bedroom along with a family bathroom with a double size bath and shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite. This room is at the front of the house so has views towards the Bay. The next bedroom has both a double and a single bed in it and again is at the front of the house. The fourth bedroom has a king size sleigh bed in it and offers views to the rear over the meadow and towards the mountains. There is another bathroom upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests during their stay.
PLEASE NOTE
An additional energy charge of €8.00 per day during the months of June, July and August and €10 per day for all other months applies and must be pre-paid to Dream Ireland prior to arrival.
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 euro in cash to our Caretaker. This will be returned to you when you are leaving provided there are no breakages or damages.

As well as being only five minutes from Dingle, the house is only five minutes to the nearest white sand beach (Ventry beach) and ten minutes to the town of Ballyferriter, on the scenic Slea Head drive. This house is perfectly located to enjoy the beauty of the Dingle Penninsula, with its mountains, amazing white sand beaches, rugged coastline and is close to Dingle to allow you to experience the unique ambiance of this vibrant tourist town.
