Entering the property from the rear, you walk past a utility room to the left and wet room to the right, straight into the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, with expansive views of the countryside. There is an electric double oven, with grill, a 5 burner hob, separate larder fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining area has built in seating for around the handcrafted oak table with space for 6-8 guests. There’s also a wood burning stove for chilly evenings and a comfortable sofa on which to relax and take in the views.
Leaving the kitchen you enter the triple aspect living room, with 55in tv, wood burning stove and large comfortable sofas to sink into at the end of each day’s exploring. French windows lead onto the large patio, where you can have a bbq on long summer evenings and admire the views. There’s also a smaller, comfortable lounge with outstanding views over the lough and large glass sliding doors to the patio.
Upstairs, leading off a spacious landing, there are 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. The triple aspect master is very spacious. It has a king size bed, armchair, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom, with rain forest shower and his and hers sinks. There are two further bedrooms, a triple with a double and a twin, and a twin room with 2 full size single beds. Both rooms have spectacular views of the lough. The family bathroom is shared by these rooms and has a beautiful freestanding quarrycast bath and a large shower enclosure with a rainforest shower. Beds are made up and ready for guests on arrival. 100% cotton bedding, wool filled duvets, two pillows, additional throws and towels are provided for each guest.
Our property caretaker will make sure the house is sparkling clean and ready for you on arrival. There will be a welcome hamper containing tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, eggs, soda bread and a bottle of wine. In the fridge you'll find butter, milk and cheese. Arrival details will be provided before arrival.

- A security deposit of €250 in cash will be payable on arrival to the caretaker. This will be returned to you providing there are no breakages or damages to the property during your stay.

Due to the elevated position of both the house and garden, this property is not really suitable for toddlers.We can provide a travel cot with clip on changer and bouncer. No highchair available.
