Set on an elevated position overlooking the town of Lahinch to the rear, Lahinch View is a large detached 5-bedroom family home available for rentals this summer. This is the perfect place for a large family, or indeed two smaller families to spend some time in this wonderful seaside location. Located less than 2km from the centre of Lahinch and so close to the world-renowned golf course, Lahinch View would also be ideally suited to small golfing groups.
Until recently, Lahinch View was the family home of the owners, so it has all the comforts of your home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you will need in terms of appliances, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. There is a large dining table with 8 permanent chairs but plenty of space to bring in another couple of chairs from around the house to seat an additional 2 people if required. The other end of this room has a comfy couch, TV and a wood-burning stove so tends to be the place that guests settle in for the evening after dinner to catch up on the day’s fun activities. Patio doors lead out to the tarmacked area to the rear of the house. There is a second sitting room at the front of the house with another TV and couches so is ideal for the younger members of the group to gather.
For anyone who needs to work remotely while away, there is a dedicated office space downstairs. Alongside this is the boot room and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
One of the bedrooms is downstairs. It has a double bed and is ensuite with shower. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs. The master double bedroom with TV and built in wardrobes is ensuite, as is another double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. There is one more double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. These both share access to the main family bathroom with bath and separate shower and each has a walk-in wardrobe.
Should you wish to bring your dog with you, please enquire with us as we do accept certain types of dogs on request but as there are neighbours close by, we politely request that dogs be kept under supervision at all times, kept off the furniture and downstairs only and that you clean up after them properly before leaving out of consideration for our next guests.
Energy is an additional charge of €8 per day payable in advance of your stay. This will be calculated in the overall cost of your holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided however we ask that you bring along your own beach towels as those provided are for use within the house only please.
