There is a guest toilet downstairs and a washer/dryer in the little utility area off the kitchen. The back door opens out into the back garden area which is a really lovely little sun trap!
The two bedrooms are upstairs and each is ensuite. The twin bedroom has a shower ensuite and the master double has a large bathroom with both a bath tub and a separate shower.
The town of Kenmare is just a short stroll away and there is a Centra grocery shop within a couple of minutes' walk of the house.
