The Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore now offer a luxury self-catering option in Ireland just steps from the hotel. The Cliff Cottage offers accommodation for up to 6 adults with additional space for children. Relax in this exquisitely designed residence safe in the knowledge that all facilities of the hotel are but a few steps away.
While staying in the Cottage you are still treated as a guest of this wonderful Hotel. Nothing will be too much trouble and the friendly helpful staff at the Hotel will be delighted to help you arrange anything during your stay. Perhaps you might like to have breakfast in the Hotel on one of two mornings during your stay? You would be more than welcome to do so but the Restaurant would be grateful if you could book in advance to ensure that they would be prepared for you.
You are welcome to use the swimming pool and Spa facilties of the Hotel during your stay. All you need do it call the Spa from your in-house phone or drop into reception to book your treatments. The swimming pool with wonderful views over the Bay is a lovely feature along with the sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub from which you will emerge reinvigorated and refreshed from the bracing sea air.
THE COTTAGE
Set upon the hil overlooking the roof of the Cliff House Hotel, the Cottage can be accessed directly by car or you can walk up the flight of stairs set into the hill. The moment you enter the Cottage you will feel enveloped in its homely atmosphere. Decorated in the colours of the sea, the sand and the sky, this house certainly has a slightly nautical feel to it and you will look forward to cosying up in the warm and inviting sittng room with wood burning stove always alight.
There are three bedrooms in all - two with double beds and one with two single beds so up to six adults will be very comfortable in this property. There is also a 4th bedroom designed specifically for children with bunk beds and a cot (if required). This room is sttrictly for the use of children and not for adults please.
The Cliff Cottage makes the most of the light to create a bright, open feeling. This would be the perfect retreat for a group of friends looking for a luxury break away with access to a 5* hotel and Michelin Star Restaurant. It would also be idea for a family holiday as Ardmore Beach is just a 3 minute drive away as well as Ardmore Open Farm.
