Voheen House is a modern four bedroom holiday home located in the peaceful townland of Ballywiheen.   It is situated within 2.7km of Ballyferriter village, 2.6km of Wine Strand, 3.5km of Ventry village/beach and 10km of Dingle town.  
 
It is set on a large secure private garden with views of Mount Brandon, Mount Eagle, Cruach Mharthain and Smerwick Harbour.  Enjoy the sunsets on the southwest facing patio to the rear. 
 
The house is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to 7 people.  It is well equipped with everything you should need during your stay.  Facilities include:
 
•         Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room with TV/DVD and wood burning stove.  The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and toaster.
           
•         Utility room with full laundry facilities
•         Sunroom is bright and offers many views of the surrounding landscape
•         1 ensuite king room with sofa and one armchair
•         2 double rooms (one downstairs)
•         1 single room 
•         Separate bathroom upstairs with main bathroom downstairs
•         Linen and towels provided

PLEASE NOTE
An additional energy charge of €6.00 per day applies during the months of June, July and August and €10 per day for all other months.  It must be pre-paid to Dream Ireland prior to arrival.
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 euro in cash to our keyholder.   It will be returned to you by credit transfer to your account within 7 days of departure less the cost of any breakages or damages.  
 
Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the number of people confirmed in the booking.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
•         You should arrive between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm on the day of commencement of your booking and vacate by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
•         Please contact the keyholder by telephone if you are delayed or request an exceptional earlier or later check-in.
•         If you are unable to take occupation on the day and time reserved due to delay, illness, personal reasons etc. or if you are unable to use the accommodation for the entire length of the booking, no refund can be made. If you would like to extend your rental, please make contact to establish if this is possible.
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
•         You must take care of the property and contents and respect the local rules.  If you break or damage anything in the property, you must advise the keyholder immediately.
•         You and your party will be responsible for any breakage or damage made, unless you can prove it was not your responsibility, and will have to pay for replacements or repairs.
•         You must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition before your departure.

Dingle has its own resident Dolphin "Fungi" and boat trips leave Dingle pier all day, every day, all year round to see him wild and free in his natural habitat.

Ceann Sibeal Golf Links in Ballyferriter (7 miles from Dingle), set in the splendid scenery of the Dingle Peninsula and overlooking the historic Blasket Islands, is Europe's most westerly golf course. 

Beaches

The Dingle Peninsula boasts some wonderful sandy beaches including the beautiful beach at Ventry and the massive Inch Beach.  

Walking

The Dingle Way (153km/95 miles) circles the Dingle Peninsula from Tralee Bay to Inch Beach to Dingle Bay.

Located in Dun Chaoin, this heritage centre is dedicated to the history, language, culture and unique literary achievements of the Blasket Islands. 

Gallarus Oratory Centre

Built in the 7th and 8th Century this is a remarkable example of an early Christian Church in Ireland which has survived over the centuries. 

Dingle World of Leisure
