The ground floor offers two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, large wardrobes, bedside units and seating area. Guests have access to a shower room which offers a large walk-in shower area, wc, large vanity basin and electric towel rail.
The first floor area offers a further shower room, a double bedroom, tv area and stunning view overlooking the bay. The jewel of the crown has to be the extra large master bedroom on this floor. This beautiful room offers a super-king size bed, seating area, dressing table, clothes area and a balcony area providing a magnificent view of the bay and surrounding area. Opening the large double doors to the balcony allows you to take in the sounds of the ocean and savour the ever changing tidal view before you. There is a further large modernly decorated ensuite, with double vanity basins, wc, walk in shower and towel rail.
The outside of the property consists of tarmac and lawn area to the front and back.
FAMILIES
Due to the stairs within this lovely home it is really not suitable for families with toddlers on their feet.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €850 will be required prior to arrival. This will be refunded to you after you leave providing there have been no breakages or damages to the property during your stay. You will receive a request from the property owner prior to your arrival by email for this amount to be transferred over to them.

Situated on The Wild Atlantic Way, the surrounding area offers a host of tourist attractions, from breathtaking scenery, to fantastic restaurants including Hooked at Donegal Boardwalk Resort which is just a minute's walk away.
DIRECTIONS
The Property is just under 20 miles from Letterkenny, 3 miles from Carrigart, 4 miles from Creeslough. On approaching the entrance you will see a sign for Donegal Boardwalk Resort, entre through the open gates, continue past the 3 small cul de sacs, drive towards the beach, as you near the Boardwalk Bar & Restaurant you will see an entrance to a Private Road to your right, here you will find your rental accommodation. There will be a key pad where you can access your keys and fob to open the electronic wooden gate.
