The home is bright, spacious and designed with groups in mind. With two separate living areas, everyone can spread out and relax. Large windows bring the outside in, with sweeping views of the lake and mountains.
There are six generous bedrooms (a mix of en-suite and private bathrooms), all furnished with luxury bedding. Two fully equipped kitchens and both formal and casual dining spaces make self-catering easy and flexible.
Outside Space
Step out to the large stone patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, and garden seating. From there, a stone path leads you down to 70 metres of private lake frontage and your own jetty - ideal for swimming, paddling or just soaking up the peaceful setting.
Canadian canoes, paddleboards and fishing boats are available by request (please arrange in advance).

Caragh Lake House is a short 2-minute walk from the beautiful Ard na Sidhe Country House Hotel - perfect for fine dining or a relaxed drink on the terrace. Killorglin, with its artisan food shops, restaurants and cafes, is just a 10-minute drive. The village of Glenbeigh is also nearby, home to Emilie’s bakery and restaurant, a great pub and local shops.
Explore
This is an ideal base for exploring the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula or heading into the Reeks District for guided hikes, kayaking, paddleboarding or surfing. Golfers are well placed too, with Dooks Golf Links just 10 minutes away and Waterville, Ballybunion and Tralee all within easy reach.
