THE PROPERTY
Nestled on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is this colourful thatched cottage. Sleeping 8-9 people in four bedrooms and a study, this is the ideal place to enjoy a well-earned break away with family or friends.
Much love and investment has been poured into this welcoming and modern home. The thatch is fresh and new, and the grounds are immaculate. You can enjoy stunning views from all the rooms to the front of the cottage including some of the bedrooms. The best place to take it all in though is from the sitting room. Relax on the sofa in front of the cosy fire, listen to come music on Alexa or watch a movie on the SMART TV. There is also a “den” with another TV and a couple of recliners.
There is also a sunroom with an extra-large dining table so you can all sit down and enjoy a meal together after a fun-filled, action-packed day of exploring this beautiful part of the world.
The kitchen is really well equipped and has a breakfast area. It has everything you will need during your stay including a four oven Aga range, hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher as well as all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware you will need. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The four bedrooms each have a king-sized (USA Queen) bed and two of them interconnect so are ideal for a family sharing. Three are upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs. There are three ensuite bathrooms with showers and the main family bathroom with a bath and shower over it is located downstairs. There is also a study with a single bed suitable for a teen. All bed linen and towels are provided and there are TV’s in each of the bedrooms.
Due to the furnishings and the location on a steep site, regretfully this home is not suitable for children under the age of 14 years of age. We are not pet friendly, and it is a no-smoking residence.
Wifi is available throughout the house free of charge.
Outdoors there is both a BBQ and garden furniture so you can make the most of this enviable location and take in the unique setting and views.

LOCATION
The closest beach is at Lettergesh and is about a 6 minute drive from Dolphin’s Cove Cottage.
The nearest town is Tullycross which is less than a five minute drive or about a 20 minute walk away and Renyle is only a couple more mintes from there.
Shannon Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away and Dublin Airport is about a 4 hour drive away.
