This is a wonderful place to rent if you are looking for a break away with extended family or friends this summer. With a minimum stay of just 5 nights, you could take in a long weekend – just enough time to catch up with eachother. Protected with electric gates so you can enjoy your break in total privacy, there is plenty of parking a huge garden area for kids to enjoy.
The house is set over two levels. You enter on the ground floor into the expansive lobby area. This leads into the large living, kitchen and dining area. This whole house is incredibly well equipped and appointed as it serves as a luxury family home for its owners for the remainder of the year. There is a fully stocked pantry which you are welcome to use items from and off this is the utility room with laundry facilities along with a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The dining table is great for larger groups or families as it can comfortably seat up to 14 people at the same time. Perfect if you want to get caterers in or to have prepared food delivered so no-one has to be in charge of cooking for the whole gang! We can put you in touch with local suppliers and chef so please enquire with us at the time of booking.
Double doors lead into the fist sitting room area and then on the same floor, there is a second sitting room with a bar (again, this can be stocked if required – please enquire with us).
Of the 7 bedrooms, there are two on this ground floor level. There is a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite shower and another double bedroom. All the bedrooms have TV’s in them.
There is a balcony area which has been surfaced with artificial grass that has a BBQ and garden furniture that you are more than welcome to use. A great place to sit outside in the evening.
A spiral staircase will bring you downstairs to the lower level. You will land directly into the common area with pull-out couch and TV.
The remaining bedrooms are made up as follows:
- Master double ensuite with king sized bed
- A room which is ideal for kids or teens with Jo-Jo Bunks (double on the bottom, single on top)
- Double bedroom
- Family room with both a double and a single bed in it
- pull out couch in common area downstairs
There is a family bathroom with separate shower and bath alongside these rooms so they can all access it.
There is another place to sit outside on the patio area to the rear of the house. The garden is a children’s paradise with a treehouse and trampoline!
The house has been built to be highly energy efficient with underfloor heating and an air to water heating system.
The TV’s have access to a full Sky TV package and wifi is available throughout the house.
Unfortunately pets are not welcome at this property.
