Aug Stay

"We are back from a recent week stay from 18 Radharc na Mara was decidedly unimpressed with accommodation provided. After paying 1,400 euro for a weeks stay the property was not of an appropriate standard. Kitchen cupboards under sink were badly stained and in master bedroom there was a massive cobweb at roof windows. Decor badly needs a refresh and repaint walls scuffed throughout. I didn't realise towels weren't provided but given amount charged would think that they should be. To be fair to caretakers they provided a few days later when I queried with Dream Ireland the Saturday we arrived. Wouldn't recommend a stay at this particular property and would not rebook again."

"Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us in Dingle. Indeed, towels are not provided at this particular property but I am glad that our onsite team managed to look after you in this respect. As regards your comments in relation to the painting touch-ups required, thank you for letting us know so we can address them now that the busy tourist season is almost at its end. Our holiday homes are very busy during the summer months and suffer from wear and tear so I am sorry that things were not as they should have been during your stay. Thanks again for getting in touch. Best wishes Lisa"
