Description
Sea View is a lovely bright spacious holiday home ideal for a family break. Located right across from Barley Cove beach and the Barley Cove Beach Hotel (opens seasonally), it offers wonderful views of the sea. With four bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 people.
This house is very well equipped for your stay. The kitchen has a washing machine (please note there is no tumble dryer), dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and all the crockery and cutlery, glassware and cookware you will need. There are two sunrooms - one to the front with unobstructed, breathtakingly beautiful views to the sea and over the garden, and the other to the rear with access to the private patio with seating and BBQ. Perfect for entertaining.
The sitting room has comfy couches and a cosy open fire. Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs - one double and one twin with two single beds. The main bamily bathroom with bath and shower over it is downstairs Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms - again, one double and one twin bedroom along with another bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and sink.
Energy is a fixed daily charge payable in advance of your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided but we ask that you bring along your own beach towels please. Unfortuantely, pets are not accepted at this home.
Wifi is available free of charge and there is plenty of parking at the house for a few cars.
A security deposit of €200 euro will be payable on arrival to the caretaker. This will be returned to you on departure providing there have been no breakages or damages during your stay.
LOCATION
Sea View is located less than a 5 minute walk from West Cork's beautiful Barley Cove beach and a short drive from Crookhaven, Goleen, Schull, Mizen Head or Three Castles Head which offer lots of activities for your holdiay enjoyment and entertainment including water sports, shops, pubs and restaurants.
