Boasting stunning views over the surrounding mountains & valleys, Sheen Valley House can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms. You can walk to the nearby Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel in about 20 minutes.
The spacious, bright living area with an open fire has been stylishly furnished with all your comforts in mind and enjoys lovely countryside views. The open plan & very spacious kitchen/dining room with an 8 seater dining table & chairs leads onto the patio area. The kitchen has been fitted with all the modern conveniences including washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer & all the cutlery, crockery & glassware you would require.
Upstairs a mezzanine style lounge with a leather suite of furniture would make the ideal place for children to hang out or alternatively the perfect "escape" for adults!
The bedrooms are all ensuite in this house & are spread over the 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 3 x double bedrooms with ensuites & power showers and upstairs there are 2 x double bedrooms also with ensuites & power showers.
All bed linen & towels are provided. Heating & energy is an additional charge payable to Dream Ireland in advance of your stay at the rate of €8 per day during July & August and €10 per day at all other times.
It is important to note that there is NO WIFI at this property but there is good phone coverage.
The spacious outdoor patio area with furniture is the ideal place to while away a summer's evening or enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. The garden area is fenced off & private.

Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare.
Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town of Ireland and the town offers a huge selection of places of historical interest to visit. Even strolling around the town is itself a pleasure with Kenmare having received awards from Entente Floral and the award for the Tidiest Town in Ireland in the year 2000.
Killarney is a 40 minute drive and Cork City is just over an hour's drive.
