Located 6 miles from town of Athenry in County Galway and just 15 miles from Galway City, this large 4 bedroom holiday home is the ideal base for anyone looking to explore the West of Ireland. In all, this impressive house can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms.
The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen dining area and another sitting room. The kitchen is really well equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need during your stay. The dining table can seat up to 6 people and there is another table to seat up to four people in the conservatory. There is a seating area alongside the dining table and a cosy multi-fuel stove which comes with a starter pack. The utility area is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sitting room has a TV, DVD player and imitation electric fire and can comfortably seat up to 7 people at any time.
There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and it is ensuite with shower. The main family bathroom is also downstairs and has both bath and shower.
The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is ensuite with a steam room, jacuzzi bath and a shower. The third bedroom has two double beds in it and has a shower ensuite and the final bedroom has two single beds and a double bed and is also ensuite. In all, up to 12 people can comfortably sleep in this house.
There is lots of outdoor dining space at this house with a patio area and bbq. The front garden is enclosed so ideal for children. Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
The games room area is ideal for keeping everyone entertained and has a pool table, table football and table tennis. Two mountain bikes are also available for your use (at your own risk) during your stay.
The closest shop and pub would be 3 miles from the house.
All bed linen and towels are provided and wifi is available free of charge to our guests.
PLEASE NOTE:
A second games room with a full-size professional snooker table, mini bar, piano, SMART TV and excellent wifi can also be made available to you during your stay for an additional cost payable directly to the owner onsite. Similarly, for an extra charge, the owner can make both an outdoor hot tub and a sauna available for your use. Please enquire directly with the owner upon completion of your initial booking with Dream Ireland.
For security purposes a CCTV system is in operation externally to cover the grounds. Should you opt to pay extra for the use of the 2nd games room then please note that the whole of the inside is monitored with another camera.
