Fully refurbished and modernised in 2020, this 4 bedroom holiday home is ideal for your next break away in Donegal. Sleeping up to 7 people it is ideal for one large or two small families. Located just 100m from the closest pub and within a 2km walk along fully paved walkway to the closest village you will have plenty of freedom to relax and enjoy your stay.
The living area is open plan and encompasses the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay including gas stove, hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs along with the family bathroom with freestanding bathtub. One of the bedrooms is a double with ensuite and the other has a small 4ft double bed which is really only suitable as a single bed.
Upstairs is the master double bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom with two single beds.
To the rear is a deck with outdoor furniture. Ideal for whiling away a summer’s evening and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
There is free WiFi available to all guests along with USB ports, a SMART TV and an Echo show. Guests can also enjoy plenty of books to read and board games for family nights in.
LOCATION
Leo's Tavern, home of Clannad & Enya is 100m from the house. Carrickfinn Airport named the most scenic approach in the world for the last 3 years is 15 minutes away. Shops are within 2km and hill walking, beaches, golf and fishing are located within 10km. Errigal Mountain, and Glenveagh National Park, are both easily accessible.
