Bay View House near Kenmare - Kenmare Co. Kerry

Family Friendly | Brand New | Large Capacity | Private Cottage | Activity and Adventure | Wi-Fi | Seaview | Romantic Properties

This is a brand new 4 bedroom dormer bungalow just a 10 minute drive from the town of Kenmare and offering incredible views over Kenmare Bay.

The moment you enter this lovely home you are greeted with a sense of light and space.  The large dining room and kitchen feature large sliding doors which frame the incredible view beyond.  The dining table can seat up to 8 people and is the perfect place to while away the evening over a meal after a fun-filled day of exploring the area.  The kitchen is brand new and is very well equipped with double electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer.

There is a separate sitting room which also has great views over the Bay.  It is a cosy space with a TV and electric fire for instant heat and atmosphere.

Two of the bedrooms are downstairs.  The first is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.  Beside this is the main family bathroom with stylish stand alone shower and separate bath.  The next bedroom has jo-jo bunks with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.

The two attic rooms are up the wooden staircase.  It is important to note that the ceilings are very low up here so at all times you need to be careful when standing at your full height.  One of the bedrooms has a double bed in it and the other is a twin with two single beds.  This room also has a cleverly compact ensuite with shower.

It is important to note that the upstairs bedrooms would really only be suitable for children or young adults as it is a converted attic space with very low ceilings and the rooms are more compact than the ones downstairs.

This is a privately owned house sitting on 5 acres of land in a quiet and secluded location.  The views are really wonderful and there is plenty of space for children to run around in the yard outside and there is parking for up to three cars.

A lovely home to get away from it all while still being within a short drive of all the pubs, restaurants and shops that Kenmare has to offer.

Wifi is available to guests free of charge and energy charges are included in the rates.  A security deposit of €150 is payable in cash on arrival to the Supervisor.  This will be refunded to you on departure providing there are no breakages or damages.
