This exquisite self-catering accommodation is laid out over three floors, with large Georgian windows overlooking Wolfe Tone Square and St. Brendan’s Church. The generously proportioned rooms are brimming with character and modern chic furniture is mixed with unique antiques. Features include a private outdoor deck area, a wood burning stove, five exceptionally styled bedrooms, WiFi, a large satellite HD TV with Netflix, a luxury kitchen with all modern appliances. In the Living Quarters you will also find a bar, which you have the option to stock prior to arrival.
The entrance hallway with its original Georgian tiled floor, welcomes you to hang up your coat, remove your shoes and pop on a pair of slippers (provided). After that, it’s time to go explore the rest of the house. You will find a useful storage space in the hallway where you can store for example, your muddy walking boots, golfing, cycling or fishing equipment after your day enjoying the many outdoor activities that Bantry offers you.
The beautiful carpeted sweeping stairway leads you to the first floor open living, dining and kitchen area. The room has a distinctive maritime theme and is bright, spacious and comfortable. Relax and get cosy. Light the wood burning stove, lounge, read, watch a movie, host a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the bustling town outside.
There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a stocked cleaning supply cupboard and a door leading to the private outdoor deck area at the rear of the house, where you can enjoy an alfresco meal.
You will discover the luxurious bedrooms over the next two floors, each one has been styled individually, with some accommodating two guests and others up to three guests. All bedrooms include high quality bedlinen, towels and slippers for your comfort.
Parking is available for free on the street outside in two-hour timeslots and there is also a free 24hr public car park a short walk away. Due to the fantastic central location of the townhouse, some residual noise from the disco next door may be heard at weekends.

The lounge area features two large beautiful designer Italian leather sofas to cosy up around the wood burning stove, while the soft lighting from the two chandeliers will set the mood. You can enjoy some music on the eclectic radio/CD player while you sit and plan your next move to explore the Wild Atlantic Way or while you get ready to experience the local award-winning restaurants and bars of Bantry, all within walking distance.
A 52” HD TV mounted on the wall is perfect for a movie night in with a choice of satellite channels and complementary Netflix. WiFi is connected to your smart TV and open for use for all guests so you will never be out of touch, though West Cork is certainly a place where you can switch off and get away from it all for a while.
In the fully equipped modern kitchen, preparing any meal is a pleasure. You will find all you need in crockery and glassware, cutlery and utensils, pots and pans and a modern double oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Perhaps you will relax in the window seat to keep the chef company or take a glass of wine out to the outdoor deck area for some alfresco dining.

The romantic Damask Bedroom is located on the second floor at the front of the property with views overlooking Wolfe Tone Square and St. Brendan’s Church. The Damask Bedroom shares the master bathroom, located across the hallway, with The Regency Bedroom and The Monochrome Bedroom.
The Monochrome Room is also located on the second floor to the rear of the property. It features a comfortable triple bunk bed, with a single bed on top and a double bed at the base, providing you with options for sleeping arrangements.
Together with a built-in wardrobe, a full length mirror and a modern en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and fluffy towels, the contemporary Monochrome Room provides everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
Inspired by a New York loft design theme, the Loft Bedrooms are located on the third floor at the front of the townhouse and they share a modern shower room on the same floor.
In the Loft Bedroom 1, the large windows ensure the space is kept bright and light throughout the day while offering fantastic views over Wolfe Tone Square. The townhouse is ideally located within walking distance of nearby supermarkets or you can discover an abundance of locally sourced produce available literally on your doorstep at the weekly Farmer and Craft Market, held every Friday.
